Mark grew up helping his big Texas family cook and entertain.   He’s a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Austin, Texas.  There he met his wife who lured him to the Queen City where they now reside with their young son.  A strong drive and ambition leads him to start his very own business by developing the Lyric Food Truck That Rocks.  It’s lyrically named menu was inspired by an eclectic range of music and an inspiring love of food.  Mark also excelled as the Executive Sous Chef at Red Feather Kitchen before joining Jag’s Steak & Seafood in 2016.  When he’s not cooking, he spends his time enjoying family, woodworking and continued passion for music by crafting guitars and Jag’s very own show piece cutting boards utilized to create outstanding displays featured in Jag’s 101 Tastings and Wine Dinners.
