Kenji Takahashi

Sous Chef

A West Chester native and Seven Hills School alumni, Kenji spent time at Centre College in Danville, KY before joining the culinary team at Jag’s Steak & Seafood in 2010.

He follows in the footsteps of his Father, Hiromi, who was himself a Chef.  Loyalty, determination, patience, compassion and a strong work ethic were all virtues the younger Takahashi observed in his father and aims to emulate throughout the course of his life and career.   His mother, aunt, and sister continue to be his driving force.
