Marzina Robinson

Marzina is a Cincy native, born and raised on the east side of Cincinnati. At an early age her father was an encouraging factor for her to try new foods. He always said, “You never know what your favorite thing is until you try it.”  Marzina took that piece of advice with her throughout her restaurant career, trying, and eventually falling in love not just with certain herbs, dishes, and drinks, but she fell in love with the industry as a whole. Marzina started working in restaurants at the age of fourteen, and has continued to climb the ranks over the last twenty years. Beginning as a dishwasher at a local pizzeria, she then transitioned to the front of the house to a server, bartender, manager, General Manager, and now Director of Food and Beverage.

Marzina has her level one wine Sommelier Certification and also is a Certified Cicerone, which has helped aid her in writing several prominent beverage and wine menus throughout the city. She is also still actively teaching wine classes for The University of Cincinnati’s Communiversity on the side. Marzina believes that guest service is the heartbeat of the hospitality industry, and strives to lead her team to execute that belief.
