Welcome Back!

First, the entire staff at Jag's wants to share a heartfelt thank you to guests who ordered Curbside-to-Go and supported Jag’s over the past several months.  Your generosity has made our commitment to the community and our Jag’s family stronger than ever. It is with that in mind we want to ensure every guest is safe and comfortable dining with Jag’s again  -- however you like! 

As such, our Curbside-to-Go offerings will continue indefinitely, and now include an online ordering feature, where you can order items from our menu or special packages from Jag’s Market

How is Jag's Ensuring Physical Distancing and Guest Safety?

In addition to temperature checks at entry, Jag’s has taken extensive measures to keep guests and staff safe. 

Those include:

  • We are asking that all employees that don’t feel well to follow the CDC guidelines and stay home for the suggested time of 14 days
  • All Jag's team members are ServSafe Certified. ServSafe is a comprehensive training program on best COVID-19 safety practices for restaurant employees 
  • Jag’s professional cleaning team will perform weekly fogs of the entire restaurant with steps proven to eliminate any germs, including the coronavirus
  • All Jag’s staff will be required to wear masks on duty, and will be given temperature checks and wellness checks each day as they arrive to work
  • Disinfected bottles of hand sanitizer will be placed on each table when guests arrive
  • Foot-holds have been installed to all doors, so that guests can enter without making hand-to-surface contact at entry points
  • Glass shields have been installed at our hostess station and areas of our bar to limit exposure at entry
  • Switching to single-use, disposable menus for dine-in experiences
  • Disinfecting high touch point areas once every two hours
  • Discontinued cash payments
  • Removing pens and salt & pepper grinders from tables and public areas, and sanitizing after each use
  • Preparing a hospital-grade filtration system within the restaurant that ensures in-restaurant air is kept 100% fresh

How You Can Help Us Deliver a Safe & Efficient Reopening

  • We ask that you please avoid dining in at Jag's if you think you've come in contact with COVID-19 or are exhibiting symptoms. Refer to CDC guidelines if you have questions about COVID-19 and its spread.
  • When you reserve Jag's Dine-In, we ask that every guest in your party share a phone and/or email contact in the event we need to follow up on your visit.
  • Please respect your peers by adhering to physical distancing and sanitary best practices. While our commitment to excellence remains an integral part of who we are, some aspects of our dine-in service has changed since your last visit in response to COVID-19. We kindly ask that you follow any signage and direction placed on the restaurant property during your visit. Failure to comply may result in reservation cancellation.
  • Please adhere to our 10 person table reservation limit and table time limits for seatings:
    • 2 hours (2-6 guests)
    • 2½ hours (7-10 guests)
  • Once seated, please remain at your table until you are ready to leave the restaurant. Avoid standing in common areas or visiting other tables. Signage outlining safe restroom use will be posted throughout the restaurant. 
  • Please leave personal items and non-essential accessories (hats, coats, gloves, umbrellas, large purses, etc.) in your vehicle.
    • Please note: We have discontinued cash payments. Please be prepared on arrival with a credit/debit card for payment.

What are Your Dine-In Hours?

We are taking a gradual approach as we return to dine-in service. For the first two weeks of reopening, Jag’s dine-in reservations will only be available Thursday - Saturday (May 28-30 & June 4-6). 

On these dates, you can reserve your table for:

  • Thursday | 4-9p
  • Friday | 4-9p
  • Saturday | 4-9p

You will still be able to order Jag’s Curbside-to-Go Tuesday-Saturday during our regular ordering and pickup windows (listed below). 

How Do I Make a Dine-In Reservation? 

It’s important to note that we will be able to seat only guests with reservations. Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate walk-in dining at this time. There are two ways you can make a dine-in reservation. Either click the “Reservations” button on our website (jags.com) to make a reservation through OpenTable, or call us at (513) 860-5353. There will be a 10 person maximum for any reservation. 

We ask that guests be courteous and inform us by phone at (513) 860-5353 at least 48 hours in advance if you expect to miss your reservation. 

What Do I Do the Day of My Reservation? 

Once you’ve reserved a date and time for your dine-in table, we ask that you arrive as close to your reservation time as possible to help us safely serve all guests. 

Upon arrival, park in any available parking spot. Then, follow signage for patrons who are dining-in. You’ll first enter through a covered entry outside of our doors and be asked to kindly keep six feet between you and others in the queuing line.

You’ll be greeted by a hostess who will provide you with a complimentary welcome glass of champagne. Prior to your seating one of our team members will scan your temperature. Unfortunately, if someone in your party has a temperature greater than 100.4, we cannot seat your party.  We hope you understand that this is simply for the safety of our guests and staff.  

After receiving your glass of bubbly, you will be escorted to your table or given further instructions for entry. Please arrive with your complete party at the time of your reservation. If you arrive early please remain in your car until your reservation time. No guests are permitted to enter the building before their reservation time or without first visiting the tent.

Do I Need a Reservation to Dine In?

Yes, a reservation is required for Jag’s Dine-In service. We are not able to accommodate walk-in dining at this time. 

Is Walk-In Bar Seating Available?

No walk-in dining is permitted at this time, though limited seating around our Main Bar will be available for reservations only. Further, Jag’s bar will continue serving drinks, but only as an extension of regular dining service. If you have a reservation, you may request a table in our bar area.. Drink orders must be placed with your server. Walk-up drink ordering at the bar will not be permitted for guests with reservations.

Will I Still be able to Order Curbside-to-Go?

Our Curbside Menu and pickup hours remain the same: 

  • Orders Accepted -
    • Tue. - Sat. | 1-7p
  • Pickup Times
    • Tue. - Sat. | 4-7:30p

Please follow posted Curbside-to-Go directions upon arrival for further instructions on how to notify us of your arrival. Please stay in your vehicles if you are picking up Curbside-to-Go. A member of our team will deliver your order to your pickup location.

We encourage you to continue ordering our weekly Friday Family Features for 4 to Go. Each Friday, Chef Michelle’s culinary team will create a new family style dinner to take home, available for pickup Fridays between 4-7:30p.  Our holiday and special features will be communicated weekly, so make sure you’re following Jag’s on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram for the latest promotions. 

What are your Dine-In Menus?

We recently unveiled a new, streamlined dine-in-only menu complete with many of your favorite appetizers, entrées, and additions. VIEW OUR DINE-IN MENU.

We are also offering a special prix fixe KIDS MENU and a new summertime DESSERT MENU for Dine-In guests only. 

Will You Bring Back Previous In-Restaurant Promotions?

Past events and specials, including Friday Buffets and weekend entertainment have been suspended indefinitely. If you've enrolled for an upcoming Tasting 101, we are still working thorough options, and will notify guests in the event of cancellation.

Further, we have discontinued valet service and smoking or vaping is now strictly prohibited anywhere within the restaurant, including our patios. We will designate a section of our parking lot for smoking and within that area establish strict guidelines for use and physical distancing. 

Will Bands Still Perform on Weekends?


Unfortunately, we are no longer featuring live dance bands until further notice out of precaution for our guests.
